Layered American Taco dip

I had leftovers that needed to be camouflaged into a new and apetizing meal of some kind.

On a Pyrex, layer:

One can of hot (spicy) pinto beans
Make sure to first open the can, then pour contents into the Pyrex

Next, layer cooked Mac and cheese.  I used one whole box.

layer leftover taco meat, add diced tomato, onion, and black olives.  You can vary those maybe add green onions and jalapenos.  Then cover with cheese, any kind that melts.  I used shredded cheddar and Monterrey jack.

Place in oven and bake till cheese is melted and food is warm and ooey gooey.
I thought this would be a casserole, but seems my husband found another use for this so-called casserole.
He took off with it to the living room, and used it as dip with corn chips.Works just as well either way.

Well this dish passed as "Man food", and is a quick and easy way to use leftovers.
